Mindfulness is the practice of being deliberately aware from moment to moment of one's conscious experience. It is the state of tuning in to the stream of consciousness as it flows and staying in the present moment with this awareness. Mindfulness is an important part of yoga and meditation.

Including:  holistic remedies ; acupuncture; reflexology; reiki; podiatry, physiotherapist and professional massage .
